Project Overview
We built a WhatsApp-first Agentic RAG for an AI Enablement Program in the KSA market. Knowledge is ingested from Google Drive via an automated pipeline with hash-based versioning to keep sources fresh. Retrieval quality is boosted with contextual embeddings (per Anthropic’s approach) plus metadata enrichment. A hybrid search stack (keyword + vector) with Cohere reranking improves precision, diversity, and final answer quality. The system generates secure download links for metadata files and supports Arabic and English end-to-end
